Welcome to our family run business Fork You owned by husband and wife Joe and Jelena. Owner/Master Chef Joe was born in Peru and from Italian decent. Joe was exposed to the food industry at a very early age with his family owning a popular anticuchos restaurant in Lima Peru. Here is where he developed his love and passion for food, this led Joe to start the food truck 3 years ago which is the 1st authentic Peruvian street food truck called Fork You Food Truck. Joe was a top 50 contestant on MasterChef Canada season 1.
